This area includes small family pools on compact blocks and large concrete pools on rural properties. Their surroundings, equipment and patterns of use can be quite different, so we tailor our care to the individual pool.

Pool care that suits the property
In Sippy Downs, Chancellor Park and the newer parts of Palmview, many homes have compact yards with a pool taking up much of the outdoor space. Smaller family pools often have straightforward equipment and cartridge filters installed in confined areas.
These pools can change quickly after heavy swimming or rain because they contain less water. Many owners are looking after their first pool, so explaining the equipment and what to check between services is an important part of our work.
In Harmony, Village Green and other newer Palmview developments, some equipment sits outdoors without a protective enclosure. We watch for signs of wear from sun and weather exposure, along with declining flow, pump noise or chlorination problems. Some entry-level components need attention after several years, depending on the product and installation.
Tanawha, Ilkley, Glenview and Mooloolah Valley have a more rural character. Properties may have acreage, surrounding bushland and large concrete pools. Leaves and other vegetation can add considerably to the cleaning load, particularly after wind or storms. Equipment may be housed in a dedicated pump room or shed; we also take care around these sheltered areas where wildlife may be present.
Regular pool servicing without the fuss
Our regular servicing helps owners keep their pools clean, balanced and operating correctly.
A visit can include water testing and balancing, pool and basket cleaning, checks of filtration and circulation, and inspection of pumps, chlorination systems and automatic cleaners. We also watch for developing faults and adjust our advice to the pool’s use and surroundings.
A busy family pool in Sippy Downs may need different attention from a large, lightly used pool surrounded by trees in Ilkley. Regular visits help us learn how each pool behaves and spot changes early.
Local Pools We Service
Local experience that goes back years
Clarity has serviced pools in this part of the Sunshine Coast since 2017. Our work ranges from helping new owners understand their first pool to maintaining larger rural pools and repairing older equipment.
A Sippy Downs customer described how Matt helped her family get started:
“This is our first pool and he has taught us how to care for it.”
That practical guidance matters. Owners should know what their equipment does, what they can check themselves and when to ask for help.
Reducing chemical use at a rural property
At one large rural property surrounded by vegetation, the owner wanted to reduce conventional chemical use. Clarity installed a Naked freshwater system, and we have since observed a substantial reduction in the chemicals needed for that pool.
We also installed a leaf cover. Because the pool is used infrequently, the cover keeps much of the surrounding debris out of the water and helps reduce evaporation between uses.
This combination suits that owner’s priorities and the way the pool is used. The results at any other property would depend on its water, equipment, surroundings and maintenance.
More than routine cleaning
As well as regular servicing, we can help with:
Chlorinator cell replacement
Freshwater-system options
Automatic pool cleaner issues
Pool heating
Leaf covers for heavily vegetated properties
Advice for first-time pool owners
Equipment exposed to sun and weather
If we are already servicing the pool, it also means we are familiar with the existing equipment and setup when something changes.
